We aim to keep product, price, stock, service, and technical information accurate. Images may be illustrative, specifications may be updated by manufacturers, and obvious errors may be corrected. Website content is general information and does not replace a site-specific technical assessment.
Submitting an order or enquiry is an offer to purchase or request services. Acceptance occurs when MAR SolarCare confirms the order, payment, or service scope. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, location, safety, verification, or legal requirements cannot be satisfied; any captured payment for a declined order will be refunded.
Prices are displayed or quoted in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery, taxes, installation, travel, and other scope-specific costs are included only when expressly shown. Payment must be made through an offered method and is subject to payment-provider verification and terms.
Customers must follow product labels, manufacturer instructions, system warranties, safety requirements, and applicable electrical or site procedures. Installation or use requiring technical competence must be performed by appropriately qualified persons. MAR SolarCare is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable storage, or installation outside the agreed scope.
The agreed quotation, work order, or confirmation defines the service scope and deliverables. The customer must provide accurate site information, permissions, safe access, utilities or shutdowns where agreed, and a representative authorized to approve work. Findings from visual, drone, thermal, or AI-assisted inspection remain subject to the limitations stated in the report and appropriate engineering review.
Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MAR SolarCare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by inaccurate customer information, third-party systems, utility conditions, manufacturer defects, misuse, or events beyond reasonable control.
Website content, branding, reports, graphics, and software are owned by MAR SolarCare or used with permission. You may not copy, misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, portal, accounts, or data. Product reviews must reflect genuine experience, remain relevant and lawful, and may be moderated, rejected, or removed. By submitting a review, you permit MAR SolarCare to display and format its text with your chosen display name.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Lahore unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We may update these terms prospectively; the current version and effective date will be displayed here.
